How it works
- Apply and agree your rates.
Sign in with your existing customer account or verify your email to create one. XL reviews your business and sets a private rate card.
- Bring your orders.
Enter orders manually or connect WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom website. Imported orders wait for your review.
- Review and accept.
Check artwork, sizes, quantities, delivery details and XL charges. Only orders you accept are sent to the print team.
- We print and deliver.
Printing starts only after advance payment is verified and artwork is approved. Choose neutral or partner packaging instructions and follow dispatch tracking in your portal.
Clear billing. Your own margin.
You set your customer prices. XL bills you at the agreed product and printing rates, with delivery shown separately. Your customer does not see your private wholesale rate card.
All fulfilment orders require verified advance payment before printing. XL selects whether your account is sale based, commission based, or both. Commission-enabled partners receive eligible referral commissions through codes assigned by XL.
